My writing has appeared in Scientific American, Science Magazine, and The Harvard Environmental Law Review. I have a JD from Harvard Law School and a Bachelors of Science in Geology-Biology from Brown University. Before law school, I worked at the USGS, Los Alamos National Laboratory, and the University of Alaska Fairbanks. I specialized in instrumentation to measure snow, permafrost and long term weather patterns. Often that translated to troubleshooting broken equipment, and lugging batteries and towers over miles of tundra. |
